Health Awareness sessions conducted by reputed Doctors of India for creating awareness among students of our college
An online Awareness session/seminar on HPV vaccine & its prevention was held by Pavitra Institute of Pharmacy on July 30, 2025.
The session focused on how vaccination taken in early ages i.e. from 9-14 years provides higher protection & produces better immunity. The session also laid importance of prevention of cancer. Administration of HPV Vaccination might be little expensive but the treatment to combat cancer is manifold expensive than the prevention.
Therefore, HPV Vaccination is an effective way to prevent HPV related cancers & should be taken in early teens & preteens.
